Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Are you carrying a lot of emotions that are difficult to deal with? Are you feeling stuck as something inside of you is pushing away the very thing you long for?
Do you want to stay centered/mindful in the midst of your life? Do you want to stay deeply connected to yourself and have more clarity, spaciousness and joy in your life?
I'm here to help you stay centered, heal your wounds, and open up more options and possibilities.
What is Counseling/Psychotherapy?
It is a journey of self-discovery and growth. All of us encounter situations in life where we experience conflicts and difficult emotions to carry alone, such as grief, confusion, fear or anger. Or we find ourselves stuck in a pattern that's not serving us well, unable to get out of it; we feel dissatisfied, but there's no clarity as to what we want to see happen.
Counseling/psychotherapy provides a safe and confidential space where you can explore your concerns and challenges, as well as your longings and dreams that might be hidden deep inside your heart. I can accompany your exploration, where you can find out what's true for you, and start living a more authentic and nourishing life with a greater sense of well-being.
If you have never done counseling/psychotherapy before, you might think that it is for those who are “emotionally troubled” or “crazy.” This is a common misconception. Though some people may have more serious psychological disturbances, most deal with common, everyday issues, and come to counseling for personal growth.
What are the common issues brought up in a session?
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of issues. The common issues brought up in a session include but are not limited to:
Trauma
Anxiety and Worries
Stress and Burnout
Relationship issues
Depression
Life transitions
Workplace issues
Self-esteem
Decision-making
Perfectionism
Cultural adjustment
Grief/Loss
What are the benefits of Counseling/Psychotherapy?
People come to counseling for a variety of reasons. Counseling can reduce emotional distress, increase a sense of well-being, improve relationships and promote self-growth. It can bring more joy in your life, as you gain greater self-understanding and an increased sense of clarity, freedom and empowerment.

And wrong doing,
There is a field.
I'll meet you there."
