What is Counseling/Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth.  Life presents us all with moments of challenge—times when we face difficult emotions like grief, fear, or anger, and feel as though we must carry them alone. At other times, we may find ourselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve us, unsure of how to move forward. These experiences can leave us feeling uncertain, with a sense that something is missing, but without clarity on what we truly want or need.
 
Counseling and psychotherapy offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your concerns, reflect on the challenges you're facing, and reconnect with the deeper longings and dreams that may have been hidden or forgotten. In this supportive environment, I will walk alongside you, helping you discover what feels most true for you, and guiding you toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your sense of well-being.
